The NAWG Foundation currently works with industry partners to put on four leadership training programs for wheat growers across the country. They include:

Wheat Industry Leaders of Tomorrow (WILOT), sponsored by Monsanto. This program is intended for farmers who want to become more involved or involved for the first time in wheat grower associations.

Wheat Organization Leaders of the Future (WOLF), sponsored by Bayer CropScience. This program is intended for incoming board members of the national wheat grower association.

The Leadership at Its Best™ program, sponsored by Syngenta. This program is intended for farm women who want to become more involved in agriculture leadership and advocacy.

NAWG state executives training, sponsored by Syngenta. This program helps executives and senior staff at NAWG-affiliated state wheat grower associations better serve their organizations and members.
