Producers, Public Can Follow Harvest on All Aboard Blog
May 22, 2009
High Plains Journal and DuPont Crop Protection have teamed up with two life-long custom harvesters to share the 2009 harvest experience with producers and the public through the World Wide Web.
The All Aboard the 2009 Wheat Harvest project will follow two correspondents, Jenna Zeorian and Jada Bulgin, on their families’ journeys from Texas to the Dakotas harvesting wheat. Both All Aboard correspondents are part of multi-generation custom harvesting families, and are in a unique position to show the realities of life on the road and during the busiest time of the farm season.
Updates will be available daily online at www.allaboardharvest.com, through Facebook and e-mail and on Twitter. A weekly print column about the experience will also be available in the pages of High Plains Journal.
