There’s still time to sign-up for DTN’s in-depth ACRE Webinar, scheduled for July 1 at 9 a.m. Eastern.

The session has been set up for agricultural producers and others who want more details about the new farm safety net program, formally known as the Average Crop Revenue Election program, before its enrollment window closes Aug. 14.

Wheat, corn and soybean producers still considering how their operations would fare under ACRE will be particularly interested in the information provided by presenters including Ohio State University economist Carl Zulauf and Farm Service Agency ACRE experts Brad Karmen and Brent Orr. NAWG, the American Soybean Association and the National Corn Growers Association are co-sponsors of the Webinar.

Since the Webinar is intended to be an in-depth look at the complexities of the program, all participants are asked to study up on the background material made available to them after they enroll online.
