Wheat Quality Council

The Wheat Quality Council works to improve the value of all U.S. wheat classes for producers, millers and processors by advocating the development of new wheat varieties.

Members of the Council include most major wheat organizations, including NAWG, U.S. Wheat Associates, the North American Millers’ Association, the American Bakers Association, the National Grain and Feed Association, the American Seed Trade Association, state wheat organizations, USDA, FFA and others.

The Council’s most well-known activities include an annual review of new wheat varieties and crop quality tours in the hard red winter and spring wheat regions.
