The Wheat Foods Council is a national nonprofit organization formed to help increase awareness of grains as an essential component to a healthy diet.

The Grain Foods Foundation is an effort of the milling and baking industries dedicated to advancing the public’s understanding of the beneficial role grain-based foods play in the human diet.


U.S. Wheat Associates, the industry’s export market development organization, supplies training and information to customers in more than 100 countries, supporting the use of all U.S. wheat classes.

The Wheat Marketing Center is a private, nonprofit corporation that is a bridge between wheat producers of the Great Plains and the Pacific Northwest and wheat importers throughout the world.


The North American Export Grain Association is a not-for-profit trade association that consists of private and publicly-owned companies and farmer-owned cooperatives that are involved in and provide services to the bulk grain and oilseed exporting industry.

Technical Assistance

The International Grains Program is designed to educate foreign business leaders and government officials about U.S. grains and oilseeds through technical training and assistance programs.

The Northern Crops Institute supports regional agriculture and value-added processing by conducting educational and technical programs that expand and maintain domestic and international markets for northern-grown crops.

The American Institute of Baking is committed to protecting the safety of the food supply chain and delivering high value technical and educational programs.


The North American Millers’ Association is the trade association of the wheat, corn, oat and rye milling industry. It is comprised of member companies operating mills in the United States and Canada and associate member companies representing the industries providing products and services to the mills.


The American Bakers Association is dedicated to promoting public policy in the best interest of the baking industry.
