Jimmie Musick is proud to be part of a five-generation family farm in Sentinel, Okla. He owns and operates Musick Farms and Cattle Company with his wife Judy, son Tracy and wife Ronda, and grandsons Colt and Larame.
The family’s diversified farm includes alfalfa, wheat, milo and cotton, as well as, a feeder cattle operation. The family farming business has expanded over the years to also include trucking, cattle buying, alfalfa, and seed sales.
Jimmie has a passion for the next generation farmer and was Past Chairman of both the Oklahoma Young Farmers Education Association and the National Young Farmers Education Association. He has also held leadership roles in the Stockholders Advisory Committee of the U.S. AgBank and the National Wheat Foundation Committee. Additionally, Jimmie was a former Board of Director at the Farm Credit of Western Oklahoma for 30 years and is currently Chairman of the Washita County Excise Board. He has also served as President of the Oklahoma Wheat Growers Association.
Farming is not Jimmie’s only passion; he has a deep commitment to his community and church. Jimmie is a Deacon at his local Baptist Church and visits those in need at local retirement facilities and hospitals.
